Solution Architect - Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Design end-to-end system/product for AI/GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, and enterprise AI applications. 
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and practical technical solutions. 
  • Define system architecture, technology stack, data flow, integration, and deployment approach. 
  • Work closely with BA, PO, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and customers throughout the solution lifecycle. 
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, PoC, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities. 
  • Evaluate AI/LLM models, harness, frameworks, cloud services, and third-party technologies. 
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and review solution/technical designs. 
  • Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to reusable AI solution patterns for AIQuinta. 

Qualification Requirements​

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields. 
  • 5+ years in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or related roles. 
  • 3+ years in LLM and Agent application development with practical hands-on implementation 
  • Strong understanding of LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Agent Harness, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Database, and AI workflows. 
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud based LLM services: OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or equivalent, and Local LLM Deployment. 
  • Experience in Agent Harness Architecture and Development for Domain-Specific Agent Applications. 
  • Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP and enterprise system integration. 
  • Good understanding of API, Microservices, Database, Security, CI/CD, and distributed systems. 
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex or similar is a plus. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders. 
  • Good English communication skills.
